Zafferano Cortis<\/a> is a small agricultural company located in Villanovafranca (Sardinia), an area characterised by rolling hills planted with wheat, almond, and olive trees. Among these green fields, Ivan Cortis, founder of Zafferano Cortis, colours the earth with an unmistakable violet hue by the caracteristic colour of Crocus Sativus Linnaeus, more known as saffron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saffron bulbs need a sunny spot to bloom and they do so, for some wise reason, in autumn. From that beautiful moment on, the aromatic saffron flowers open up to the sky to transform the luminous energy of the sun into their radiant red stigmas like fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it is due to the client’s wishes or new events, this project changes frequently and is very much alive. There are always new ideas to be implemented and new solutions to be applied. Banners, designs for social networks, photographs, leaflets, packaging<\/a> and new material for trade fairs are some of the activities I usually do for Zafferano Cortis. All of this in a bustling but no less demanding environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corporate image<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The corporate image<\/a> of Zafferano Cortis has evolved over the years, going through several stages, up to the current design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The logo consists of two parts. The main and most visible part is the icon, represented by a purple saffron flower inside a circle. This symbol comes from a traditional Sardinian tile, visible in the house of Zafferano Cortis. This unique place is open for visits by appointment with Ivan. If you are interested in learning more about the millenary and refined art of Sardinian saffron cultivation and production, Ivan will provide you with all the necessary information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The other part is the name of the company. For this, I have used the font Bauer Bodoni, a typeface as traditional as Zafferano Cortis, but which will undoubtedly increase the prominence of any project, giving it class and a very good presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main corporate colour is purple red, which represents the stigmas of saffron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To personalise the different products and saffron lines, different colours are used in the packaging<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
