Working with the same client for years allows us to build more than just projects: we build a relationship based on trust, mutual understanding and continuous improvement. This is certainly the case with Camping Cala d\u2019Ostia<\/a>, a unique spot in Sardinia with which we have been working for a decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our partnership began in 2016, when we undertook the first redesign of their website. Since then, we have supported the campsite as it has evolved, adapting its brand identity and communications to the changing demands of the digital landscape and the business itself. Recently, we had the opportunity to carry out a second redesign, building on all our previous work and taking another step towards a more polished and efficient digital experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A user-centred redesign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The redesign of the Camping Cala d\u2019Ostia website<\/a> is based on a clear premise: to enhance the user experience without losing sight of the essence that defines the brand. It is not a question of starting from scratch, but of building on what already exists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To this end, key elements such as the colour palette and original typefaces \u2013 which form part of the campsite\u2019s visual identity \u2013 have been retained. However, significant work has been done on the organisation of the content and the visual hierarchy, resulting in a cleaner, clearer and more intuitive interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is a much smoother browsing experience, where users can quickly find the information they need, whether it\u2019s about accommodation, services or rates. All of this contributes to a more satisfying experience and, consequently, to higher conversion rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsive design: optimised for all devices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In an environment where most users access the internet via mobile devices, responsive design is no longer an option, but a necessity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this reason, the redesign of the Camping Cala d\u2019Ostia website has included full adaptation to different screen sizes. The user experience remains consistent and functional on computers, tablets and smartphones alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every element has been designed to adapt naturally to different resolutions, ensuring that navigation is comfortable and intuitive on any device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the key elements of the project is the booking engine, which was already implemented during the first redesign in 2016. In this second phase, the focus has been on redesigning its interface to ensure it fits seamlessly with the website\u2019s new look. This system allows users to make bookings quickly and easily without leaving the site, ensuring a seamless experience that is consistent with the rest of the digital environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital menu accessible via QR code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As part of the project\u2019s development, we have also implemented a digital menu solution accessible via a QR code, designed specifically for the campsite\u2019s pizza bar. This tool allows customers to view the menu quickly and conveniently, without the need for physical contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The digital menu has been developed using the eMenu Digital<\/a> platform, ensuring simple, clear navigation that is adapted to any device. Furthermore, it facilitates real-time content updates, allowing the client to manage changes to products, prices or availability efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This implementation not only enhances the user experience but also optimises internal processes and reinforces the campsite\u2019s modern and functional image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the web: a comprehensive design project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our collaboration with Camping Cala d\u2019Ostia is not limited to the digital sphere. Over the years, we have developed a comprehensive project spanning various areas of design and communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have designed the campsite\u2019s signage, creating a cohesive visual system that improves visitor navigation and reinforces the site\u2019s identity. We have also worked on printed materials such as leaflets<\/a> and tablecloths, paying close attention to every detail to convey a professional and appealing image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, we have created vinyl graphics for the campsite\u2019s pizzeria, adding personality and aesthetic consistency to this dining area. Each of these elements contributes to building a strong and recognisable brand experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have worked on content creation, post scheduling and defining a visual and communication style that aligns with the campsite\u2019s identity. The aim has been to connect with the audience, convey the essence of the place and generate interest among potential visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social media thus becomes a natural extension of the brand, reinforcing all the work carried out on other channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
